O'Dwyer Homes Celebrates with Grand Openings at Three New Communities
July 14, 2007 - O'Dwyer Homes celebrated three grand openings in April and May of this year. On April 24th, The Villas at Castleberry Township in Cumming, GA featuring luxury ranch villas; on May 1st, Creekside at Wade Farm in Austell, GA located minutes from Downtown Atlanta and Hartsfield International Airport - a single family community; and on May 8th at Old Friendship Place in Buford, GA, a beautiful single family community where 75% of the homes back up to lush green space.
Local Realtors attended the grand openings that featured a Mexican Fiesta catered by La Parrilla Mexican Restaurant. Realtors were invited to tour the beautifully appointed model homes and drawings for fabulous giveaways were awarded. Attending agents were also awarded an additional incentive of $1000 for any new home sold and closed in 2007.
