June 2010 – O’Dwyer Homes is celebrating great sales success in 2010 by offering $20,000 off on pre-sales that close by the end of the year in any of their new homes communities.
Dan O’Dwyer, President of O’Dwyer Homes, one of Atlanta’s leading and award winning new home builders said, “This year we have already doubled our sales from all of last year. For me, business is really picking up and I think we’re seeing an uptick in the industry overall.”
Although housing starts are not increasing substantially, they are definitely rising.
