O'Dwyer Homes Ranked 325th Largest Builder in the Country for 2006 by Professional Builder Magazine
ATLANTA - Professional Builder Magazine is the new residential construction magazine that has been providing professional builders the solutions they need to maximize performance for more than 63 years. O'Dwyer Homes was ranked the 325th largest builder in the country for 2006 in the Professional Builder's 40th Annual Report of Housing's Giants which is a snapshot of the relative size of the largest production builders in America.
O'Dwyer has made a noticeable mark as being one of Atlanta's premier home builders and currently builds more than 200 single family homes and active adult luxury ranch villas annually. O'Dwyer truly understands the art of building cutting-edge, energy-efficient homes, at an affordable price for buyers.

In addition to his commitment to customer satisfaction, Dan O'Dwyer is personally committed to the communities where he builds. He has volunteered and done a great deal of work with Home Aid Atlanta, the nation's largest provider of transitional housing for the temporarily homeless. The Home Aid mission is to build dignified housing where homeless families and individuals can rebuild their lives, which is accomplished through the donation of construction services and materials from members of the home building industry, like O'Dwyer. He has also served on the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (HBA) Board of Directors from 1994 to 1997 and from 2000 to present were he also holds a seat on the Executive Committee. He serves on the Board of Directors of the National Association of Home Builders, and is an active member of the Certified Professional Home Builder Program and serves on its certification committee. O'Dwyer is also a current member of the Professional Builders Cooperative. He has been an active member of the HBA since 1992 (as president of O'Dwyer Homes) and has been involved with the HBA since 1987.
With a degree in Building Construction Management from Michigan State University, Dan built his company to be a standard for others. O'Dwyer Homes has remained small by design, driven by proven business practices and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
Because of his dedication to his profession and the community, two major organizations - the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and Home Aid Atlanta - have awarded O'Dwyer their highest honors: HBA's Builder of the Year and Home Aid?s Builder Captain of the Year.
