New Sales Managers join the O'Dwyer Homes Team
May 2010 – O’Dwyer Homes is pleased to welcome Judy Watts, Gloria Thomas, Marilyn Smalley and Rita Goff as Sales Managers for four of their new home communities.
Judy Watts and Gloria Thomas are the new on-site Sales Managers at The Villas at Heritage Springs in Cherokee County. She currently holds a brokers license in Georgia and Florida. She is a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and is a recipient of the Phoenix Award. She has also received Communities Magazine’s Top 100 New Homes Sales Award several times and the Top Producer Award with several top Atlanta home builders.
Marilyn Smalley has been in new home sales for 15 years representing some of Atlanta’s leading builders. She has been in the Million Dollar Club for 11 years and Atlanta’s Top 100 New Homes Sales Agents for three years. She is currently the Sales Manager at Carmichael Farms, priced from the Mid $300’s in Cherokee County.
